Message From The Finance Officer

Tseikuru NP finance office is in charge of managing finances within the institution by initiating, tracking, processing and keeping a record of all finacial transactions within the institution.

Among its roles is to process student fees payments and ensure students receive receipts for payment in time.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Preparing final account that reflect true and fair view of the institute
  2. Acting as a liason person on behalf of the institute when dealing with external auditors
  3. Ensuring proper interpretation and implementation of financial regulation, procedures and government circulars
  4. Advising the management on all financial matters
  5. Overseeing Preparation and submission of all statutory deductions
  6. Ensuring timely preparation and submission of the budget
  7. Ensuring Accurate records are maintained
  8. Preparations of annual reports and financial statements
  9. Ensuring that budget support its strategic goals
  10. Maintaining inventory of all bank accounts and monitor liquidity status of the institute
  11. Sign Cheques and vouchers within required threshold for prudent and Timely execution to enhance smooth running of the institute operations
  12. Any Other duties as may be assigned by accounting officer
